Ah-Siu Wedding Cake

This was my first ever experience making a wedding cake for a Samoan wedding.  Turns out they have a tradition of having as many cakes as the couple has been together.  In this case, I was asked to make 9 cakes!!  I made over 13 batches of cake in various flavors, and 4 different fillings.  It was a lot of work, but dang it looked impressive once it was all done.

 

First Day of Preschool

Today was Trevor's first day of Preschool!

He started off excited, but unwilling to cooperate for a picture.

Then he noticed that his preschool has play money...

And from then on he was all smiles.
