Darren ran in the local 5K and he placed first in his age category. In the final push to the finish he passed someone who just so happened to be in his age group and he beat him by 1 second!
No doubt the key to his success was the warm-up lap that Trevor ran with him prior to the race.
Way to go Darren!!

Wow that's awesome! I love that Kent hosts these events...believe it or not I used to participate. haha Tell him "great job!" please. I miss you guys!
