Two Stripling Warriors

Tonight we had an FHE lesson about honesty.  Trevor is at that *precious* age where he has realized that he is capable of lying and likes to lie about almost everything.  So we talked about the 13th Article of Faith and used puppets to act out situations where someone was either honest or dishonest.

Then we talked about the 2,000 stripling warriors and how "...they were men who were true at all times..."  (Alma 53:20)  (We also talked about how they listened to their mothers!!!)  The reward for their honesty and obedience was safety in battle against all odds.

Then we dressed up the boys like stripling warriors and what adorable stripling warriors they were.

Now if I could only get them to stop lying and start listening...
